💊 Why even "perfect" eaters need supplements
It was wings night, our Friday tradition. I pulled out the organic carrots from Whole Foods, washed and peeled them, and started chopping. Charlie, our dog, positioned himself at my feet like he always does, waiting for his veggie scraps.
I tossed him the carrot ends. He chewed, then spit them out. I tried again. Same thing. That's weird, I thought. Charlie doesn't turn down food.
