Real-world alignment:
Aaron and I had completely different starting points. He was focused on building muscle and eating 3,000+ calories a day. I was just trying to find consistency, lose weight and feel like myself again.
We didnāt always do the same workoutsābut we almost always ate the same meals. I handled the cooking, so it made sense to keep our nutrition aligned. The difference? Portion sizes and snack needs. Heād add extra carbs or protein when needed, while I focused on balance and consistency.
