    ā€¢    30-second mental prep, then each say: "I'm showing up this week by [specific health behavior]."

4) Fuel (10-15 min)

    ā€¢    Protein + Hydration Prep:

    ā€¢    Boil 6 eggs or pre-season 2 chicken breasts or portion Greek yogurt + berries for two days.
