Inside The Lab:

👋 Welcome back Ladies and Gents,

Summer is in full swing. We hope you've been able to enjoy fresh seasonal veggies and fruit without a surprise trip to the bathroom courtesy of this summer's cyclospora outbreak.

Meanwhile, we've been picking berries the old-fashioned way, straight off the bush at organic farms here in Oregon. No mystery ingredients included.

But berries aren't the only thing worth checking on right now.

Checking our own work

We pulled our Life Buckets sheet back out last week, the one we asked you to fill out back in December. Some of what we wrote was still exactly true. But one thing wasn't: running a marathon this year. We didn't get there. It's still on the list, just not checked off yet.

We are past the mid-point of the year now, the point where goals and plans quietly get pushed aside or forgotten. So, we are asking you the same question we asked ourselves.

How are you doing on your 2026 goals together?
