🫗Tuesday Sync Stack
Our Wellness Stack This Week (Simple + Sharable)

Real things we’re using, loving, and rotating through—so you don’t have to scroll for hours to find what works.
Hey friends!
It’s Tuesday, and this means we’re dishing out the best of what we are loving this week. Last Friday’s newsletter we discussed vital supplements. Consider today a chaser so you can start the week strong.
What's Inside

Take the bite out of rising vet costs with pet insurance
Veterinarians across the country have reported pressure from corporate managers to prioritize profit. This incentivized higher patient turnover, increased testing, and upselling services. Pet insurance could help you offset some of these rising costs, with some providing up to 90% reimbursement.
🧠Aaron’s Stack of the Week
Besides my not-so-secret ambition to get jacked like a young Arnold Schwarzenegger, my two biggest wellness goals are brain and heart health. I want to stay sharp, creative, and energized as I age—and keep my heart strong, for obvious reasons.
That’s why I’m a big fan of high-quality, bioavailable B vitamins. Homocysteine Supreme by Designs for Health, a multi-B vitamin with methylated folate and methyl-B12, has been a cornerstone of my daily health stack for two years. I've seen huge improvements in stress resilience, reduced anxiety, and stronger immune function. I wish I had started taking it sooner.
This supplement is particularly beneficial for those with genetically low B-vitamin levels—something affecting nearly 40% of us. If you’re looking to support your brain, heart, and overall wellness, it's definitely worth checking out.
I've learned firsthand that not all vitamins are created equal. Homocysteine Supreme is the first supplement where I immediately noticed tangible results. Initially recommended by our doctor, it has proven to be the most noticeably effective vitamin in my daily lineup. You can order directly from Designs for Health’s website here or via Amazon https://amzn.to/4jF1Jqf.
PS: I am not affiliated with Designs for Health nor is this a paid endorsement.
💡 Jay’s Current Fav: IQ Bars (Discount Inside)
We recently partnered with IQ Bar, and I’m genuinely impressed. If you like RX Bars but want less sugar and more fiber + protein, these might be your new go-to.
A few of our top picks so far:
→ Almond Butter Chip
→ Chocolate Mint Chip (tastes like GSC Thin Mints)
→ Excited to try: Toasted Coconut Chip + Lemon Blueberry
They just sent us the Ultimate Sampler, which includes their bars plus smart add-ons like electrolytes and instant coffee—all loaded with brain-friendly nutrients like adaptogens, magnesium, and antioxidants.
📌 I’ve got my eye on the Toasted Hazelnut Coffee and Peach Mango Hydration Mix—will report back once we try them.
Also worth noting: IQ Bar recently teamed up with Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller to launch two new flavors. They sound next-level.

While we usually cook most of our meals, I love having something clean and smart to grab when life gets busy.
IQ Bars = brain + body fuel without the crash.

🔄 One Swap Worth Trying
[Frame this as a low-friction change you or Aaron made—great for creating momentum for your readers.]
Example:
Swapped out post-dinner sweet for 2 squares of 100% chocolate + mint tea this week. Keeps the habit, skips the crash.
🔥 Try This
Love making breakfast on the weekend, but don’t want the carb overload?
I’ve got you! Here’s one of my go-to recipes for High-Protein breakfast. These pancakes are so spanking delicious!

Top with some nut butter, a dash of cinnamon, and agave or honey (for a more glycemic-friendly option).
We’ve found that Einkorn flour is more glycemic-friendly and doesn’t leave you feeling like you need to be rolled out of the room. Starting with protein first—like eggs, meat, or another protein source—before eating carbs can help blunt a glucose spike. It’s a simple shift that makes a big difference in how you feel after a meal.
This is our personal recipe and one I’ve tinkered with until it was just right. Let me know what you think. We hope you love them as much as we do, and our golden retriever, Charlie. ~ Jay
🧠Final Sync Tip
Small daily swaps add up faster when you’re both experimenting together. What’s one thing you and your partner are testing this week?
That’s it! Have a fabulous Tuesday!
