This week, I put my Keto-Mojo to the test before embarking on a planned 4-day fast. The goal? Track blood glucose and ketone levels in real-time to see how my body adapted. But instead of hitting 96 hours, I decided to stop at 60 hours—and here’s why.

Inspired by Limitless with Dr. Peter Attia and Chris Hemsworth, I wanted to see if my body was burning sugar or fat for fuel. I suspected sugar—despite a year of consistent strength training and eating healthy, some stubborn fat just wouldn’t budge.
